Moscarillo's of West Hartford

Valerie truly went above and beyond, especially considering the heat advisory we’ve been facing today. Her dedication to the well-being of our plants made a significant impact on our visit!! We brought in our struggling money tree and with Valerie’s expertise, she assessed the situation provided the perfect care it needed. It was clear that she genuinely cares! Not only did she revive our money tree with her skillful touch, but she also helped us pot a new beautiful snake plant. Valerie’s attention to detail and passion for plants were evident with every step she took. It is so hot today, (96• and the greenhouse cant get A/C due to plant quality) we ourselves couldn’t even stand for a few minutes patience, but Moscarillos’ staff especially Valerie have been fulfilling their responsibility with best quality despite circumstances. Kudos! MosCarrillo’s is our go-to for all our plant needs since 2021 but today we felt especially grateful for the hard work and dedication Valerie provided. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and a fantastic selection of stunning plants, this is the place to go! Thank you, Valerie, for your exceptional service and for making our visit so memorabl

The best florists in town, I have been using Moscarillo's for 20+ years and i have never been disappointed with the flowers or service. They are an A+ company, their customer service is excellent and their floral arrangements are beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to this establishment for awhile now. Although I don’t spend money, I do interact with their employees who are generally very helpful and friendly. I don’t think there is anything wrong with just browsing the inventory and appreciating the plants. But the manager didn’t seem to agree. I had a negative experience with him. He was yelling and disrespectful, claiming that I shouldn’t be there because I never buy things. All I do is take pictures of various plants for my weekly assignments, and then discuss them with the employees. I don’t think I’m hurting anyone by doing so. The employees are great but the manager needs to be retrained or replaced. Im a horticulture student at ctstate cc and cant get now the most accessible place for the pictures he could of just said please leave.

Moscarillo’s flower shop is beautiful and high quality. The flowers are fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged, and everything looks well cared for and professionally done. It is a bit expensive, but the price reflects the quality and the service. The owner and staff are extremely kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help, taking time to give suggestions and make sure you’re happy with your choice. The experience feels personal and welcoming, which really sets this place apart. Great quality, excellent service, and a trusted local shop. Worth it if you’re looking for something special.

Jill in the floral department designed the flowers for our wedding. I was very open minded with the design and wanted colorful florals, and she delivered! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the centerpieces on the tables were stunning. I recommend letting her be creative because you won’t be disappointed.
